Should I continue with length training

Should I continue with length training

Hey guys, first let me start with a background. Started with 4.8/4.9 inch long with around 4+ inch girth penis. After about 4 months I am now about 5.8 (6 if I count the slight curve) with a 4.2/4.3 inch girth.

My length isn’t too bad right now, but my girth is pretty pathetic. I’m curious on what your opinions are on how I should proceed. My gains have definitely slowed down, and I hope I haven’t hit a permanent plateau.

Anyways, should I continue with a beginner routine consisting primarily of jelqs, v stretches, and a stretches? Or maybe a hybrid routine with bundled stretches and some jelqs? Or maybe a purely girth routine focusing just on bundled stretches?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Of course, your feelings on the subject are all that truly matter here, but since you asked… A lot of the vets here will tell you that it becomes a lot harder to gain length after you’ve added significant girth. Conventional wisdom says you should stick to the newbie routine for the first several months. Once your growth (length and girth) hits a plateau, a lot of people begin to use more aggressive length exercises (hanging, etc). When they’re happy with their length, THEN they’ll begin working on girth in earnest (usually through clamping or pumping).

I should add that I am still a newbie myself, so I’ll certainly defer to any veterans that may have a different take on this. It does sound like you’re making some great length gains using the beginner routine — my advice would be to stick with that for as long as it continues to yield results.

Go on doing what you are doing: gains are a bless so call you lucky. If gains stall, first thing to do would be to take a deconditioning break of about 1 month, than restart what has worked, raising up volume (not intensity!) a bit faster than before. Only if this doesn’t work, you should consider doing something else.

What marinera wrote. Those are exceptional gains for how long you have been in PE.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

If its still working keep going.

Growth is precious.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Thanks. I think I’ll continue doing what I’ve been doing for about a month. If I see no gains, I’ll go on a de-conditioning break.
