Should I clamp if I'm mainly looking for length?

Should I clamp if I'm mainly looking for length?

I am looking mainly for length then will add girth but should I clamp even lightly while going for length??

I am only doing manual stretches cause I cannot afford to buy a hanger from where I live and didn’t understand how to do most of the home made models

If that’s what you want to do I don’t see why not.

I agree that clamping is not the best exercise for length — it’s a girth exercise. But, I continued to gain length while clamping, and I’ve continued to gain length after clamping, so I don’t think this is necessarily true. That said, if you’re new enough to PE that you have to ask this question, then you’re too new to even consider clamping — clamping is advanced…very advanced, and you can cause serious and permanent injuries by jumping into clamping before you know what you’re doing and before your dick is well conditioned.

Do manual stretches. If you want to go hands free, then figure out a way to hang. You can even make a simple swim-cap hanger for a few bucks with supplies you should be able to get just about anywhere.


Starting (May 2010): BPEL:6" EG: 4 7/8". Current (April 2011): BPEL: 6 3/4" EG: 5 1/4".

Short Term Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.25" Long Term Goal: When my wife makes me stop or 8"x6" (whichever comes first)

The newbie routine works great, you should do that!

I have been doing PE before on and off but now I am on for a few months now

I attribute my length gains to hard clamping. But if you haven’t done a newbie or similar routine, try that first.

Should I start clamping lightly I have been doing the newbie routine for a few months now,also I know that a cable clamp is best

But is a hose clamp ok as well or too dangerous to use?
