Should I Change Something?
Hey I’m a newbie at PE but I’ve been going at it for about 2 months now with the following routine:
Warm up wrap 10 minutes
Stretch and hold for 15 seconds Down, Downleft / right , right , left for 10 minutes
Jelq for 30 minutes
Warm down 5 minutes
I’ve been doing that, with the right form and everything (been studying quite a while) and haven’t seen results. I still have a small babydick and it’s getting sort of depressing I thought I might get even a few newbie gains.
Is there anything I can do differently? I’ve been trying not to go too hard but I’m not getting results that I’d like with what I’ve been doing so far that it’s a downer
