Hey I’m a newbie at PE but I’ve been going at it for about 2 months now with the following routine:

Warm up wrap 10 minutes
Stretch and hold for 15 seconds Down, Downleft / right , right , left for 10 minutes
Jelq for 30 minutes
Warm down 5 minutes

I’ve been doing that, with the right form and everything (been studying quite a while) and haven’t seen results. I still have a small babydick and it’s getting sort of depressing I thought I might get even a few newbie gains.

Is there anything I can do differently? I’ve been trying not to go too hard but I’m not getting results that I’d like with what I’ve been doing so far that it’s a downer

You seem to be doing everything correct, just stick with it for a while longer. Add some A-stretches and try to stretch down between your legs as much as you can :)

Yes, add BTC to your routine. It will surely help your gains in a couple of months of doing it, particularly your flaccid hang.

Sorry if I sound like a noob but what is a BTC? I can’t seem to find it. I really don’t know much of the abbreviations yet like when people measure and say ECL or EKL or some weird stuff

Most abbreviations that are in the PE library get underlined in posts. So hover your mouse pointer over them to see what they mean. BTC between the cheeks, PE Penis enlargement etc.

Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

Also remember if something does not work for you try to alter your routines. Gainomaxamoniag is right follow those signs. I did not follow my pe regimen strictly and I have gained 1/4 inch in length in 1 month. I sometimes day 2 or 3 days off when needed for recovery.

You must listen to your body because over training your unit is bad and will result in small gains. Personally for a newbie I think you are jelqing too much.
I started jelqing at 10 mins then worked my way up to to 20 mins.

Everyone is different. You could be doing everything textbook perfect and not even get “newbie gains”. However, during that 3 month period you would have conditioned yourself to try intermediate routines and with trial and error, you may find what works best for you.

I don’t know what jelqing for 30 minutes means. I can jelq that long but only do 100 jelqs because I have to take breaks due to getting too high of an erection level. For smaller guys, each stroke should take 2 seconds minimum…not too much force. Longer guys may have 4-5 second strokes. If you are doing 2-3 second jelq strokes with no rest for 30 minutes, you’re doing way too much. Try 100 slow jelqs with good form and a slight stretch just before the glans at the end of each stroke.

As for your stretching, you are not holding each stretch for very long. I would recommend moving up the length you hold each stretch to 30 seconds or more before you even consider more advanced stretching techniques.

I think that stretching for 30 seconds is more effective than stretching for 15 seconds.

Don’t stretch too hard. Try to read about stretch intesity. I can’t give the best advice on intensity. I’m studying that too.

Perhaps, I am being a bit too meticulous, however I must say I find the title quite misleading. ;P

2 months is not a very long time when it comes to PE. Of course, very likely there have been many fellows that reached some good results in such a short period, still, I’m certain that most did not. I am one of the latter (although I noticed several changes like a definitely ‘veinier’ look).

In other words: you don’t have to worry at all. In my opinion, you should just continue your routine, alternatively add some modifications. As ddolphin beautifully pointed out - everyone is different and each one must take his own time. :)

PS. I don’t like the title, because it delicately questions the existence of this forum, since it would be strange for it to sustain if PE didn’t work. There are plenty of unequivocal proofs like pictures showing clearly that one can do magical things with his penis. ;)

Agree. I changed the title, I think the new one better reflects the real contents of the thread - which is good when one is doing searches. Hope this is not a problem, Mlfame.

Thanks for the help, and yea I guess I shouldn’t be trying to look for gains already. I’m gonna keep going for a few more months and hope I get some good results
