Should I be sore

I recently started the newbie routine 1 week ago. I did not notice any soreness in any part of my crotch. Does this mean I’m not going hard enough? Or does it just mean my penis is used to wear and tear? Should I try to do more stretching or more jelqing, I want to feel sore or I don’t feel like I’m doing anything.

Follow the newbie routine it is better to be safe than sorry, take it easy at first. A little soreness is ok it is also alright not to have any soreness at all.

First, Welcome from another APR07 Newbie.

On the second day, after I started my Newbie Routine, I was swollen, sore and had blisters. I was new and thought I had to beat it to death to get the job done. :( I was eager and impatient and wanted a new cock as soon as possible. I learned the hard way! Sully, DON’T do as I did, but take it easy.

STICK WITH THE NEWBIE ROUTINE for the first 2 or 3 months. Don’t rush it. Do it gently, but hard enough that you know you are doing something. I think you will know when you are doing it too lightly or too hard. Experiment with different pressures!

You should “feel” the stretches are stretching your unit, but be careful and don’t stretch the outer shaft skin. Hold the skin back to the pubic bone when you are stretching or jelqing.

Jelqing should not be done with a full boner. Start off with a 30% to 50% boner and then work up to a harder one, but never with a full boner.

There are a lot of threads and postings for you to review. Have you watched the PE workout videos? If not, they are very informative. Have you checked out the glossary, and written instructiions? Use the SEARCH bar. Read, read, read. If not, do it for they are very informative.

Also, complete your PE Statistics so you can keep a record or your progress.

Thank you guys for the help, I have read a ton and have watched most all the video’s. I will stick with the newbie routine for another 2months and 2 weeks :)

Welcome Superdrive, from another Newbie. No, not necessarilary, but you should feel like you’ve done something! I was, but read my posting (#2 above) for what I did.
