Hi.

I’ve been doing PE for about 2 months now but have not really seen any gains past the first 3 weeks, but these were newbie gains.
I didnt let this phase me though and kept on going, adding bits and bobs here andd there.

My routine at the moment is something like:

Warm up in bath
3x20 second stretches in each direction with light helicopter stretches to loosen up
10x50 jelqs
3x10min clamps (Though I can’t always do this because of time constraints)
warm down

Now, I don’t know whether I’m overtraining or what but my penis seems to not feel any soreness AT ALL after workouts these days.
I did when I first started and this is when I was quite hopeful at seeing gains as I felt alot more change.
My jelqing intensity is quite high and I couldnt get any more blood in if I tried while clamping.

But my stats remain pretty much the same as when I started with a slight increase in girth and a little in length, but I put this mainly on fuller erections than actual expansion.

Is my penis too conditioned now? Is that why I feel nothing after workouts?
I’m considering a deconditioning break or trying to train even longer, but then my workouts will really be pushing me for time, and they cant get that much more intense…

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do the newbie routine for 3 consistent months. Do this to condition your penis. Quit clamping now, clamping at a unconditioned penis is asking for an injury.

I tell you already my penis is conditioned.

I spent a month or more before the official start trying out different things, so all in all it could be 3 months easy

I barely get anything from workouts, either I’m doing something wrong or overtraining.

I dont think you should be “sore” after a PE workout, at least not like you’d expect from a regular exercise type workout (bench presses, squats…).

Warm-up in a bath? Man if you’ve got the time, that’s cool, but it’s really not necessary. Doing some warm-up is good, but do you do that to go run? Nah, just start off with a massage and some stretches, then work into your routine gently.

I’d side with Bird2, leave the clamping aside for a bit longer, clamping can create wicked pressures in your tissues. Injure yourself now and you’ll really be pissed.

I think Jelqing is probably the most important but most overlooked technique of PE. I hang and pump, but nothing works my dick like the couple sets of Jelqs in between. Using a clamp while Jelqing also creates intense pressures, and I dont advise it until your dick is really well conditioned to that type of exercise. After 6 months consistent PE, hit it.

Not indicated. Waste of time. Stay on station.

Maybe make your actual stroke time longer on your Jelqs. Some guys get going too fast, stroke time is like 1 second long. No good, take your time, 3 sec min.

Error on the side of safety. Injuires suck.

Think long haul, you’re probably not going to gain an inch in 5 months. Just pay attention to what you’re doing, maybe get in a second session somewhere to augment.

Hang in there. If it was easy, everyone would be hung like a rat.

Soreness is a funny thing. Make sure you concentrate on doing the exercise right. My ass used to hurt for days after a good pumping session. Turns out I was using the pump all wrong. :o

Like I have said before you do something wrong, you clamp to quickly. See it as bench pressing in the gym. When you walk in there for the first time, do you start to press 200 lbs? No, you start at 20, 30 lbs maybe. During time you gain strength and one day you are able to press 200 lbs safely.

The same goes with your penis, you need to give it some time to gain the strength that is needed to deal with clamping. Clamping is an advanced exercise, just like pressing 200lbs is. Jelqing and stretching are lighter exercises, which usually give gains too but unfortunately some people don’t gain from them. They might gain from clamping, but they need to keep doing jelqing and stretching, at least until they get their penis conditioned to handle clamping in a safely matter. In my opinion the average penis is conditioned for advanced exercises, like clamping, after 3 months of consistent use of the newbie routine.

But what if I’ve been doing the newbie routine and then some for roughly 3 months? Would you say I’m conditioned enough?

Better be safe than sorry. Keep doing the newbie routine until you are sure that you have done it for 3 consistent months.
