Hey, I’m new to this sight, this is my first post also. I’ve recently come to the realization that for about the last 10 or so my constant use of porn to masturbate to and even fantasize about while I’m having sex has really affected my life in a bad way. I struggle to get erections unless I look at porn and I suffer from delayed ejaculation which means I really struggle to cum when I’m having sex. Anyway I have done some research and found that simply abstaining from watching porn and jerking off completely for a few months can “reboot” your brain and allow normal sexual cues to create arousal apart from just the visual stimulant.

I also have just started doing PE in this time because I would love to grow my penis about 1 inch in length. I do warm up with manual stretching with jelqing also. I feel like I’m doing it all correctly but I also feel like constantly handling my penis makes it much less sensitive to the touch. It’s a side affect I could really do without as I would like it to become more sensitive, not less.. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it just because I’m starting out or do all people who do PE deal with this? My current size is 7BPEL and 5.5EG. Just wondering if I should put off PE exercises all together until my sex drive is back to normal.

Got my sensitivity back by masturbating just once per week (light grip, slow movements). If you have partner, a little abstinence may not be possible, unfortunately.

I suggest you don’t quit masturbating entirely for more than a fortnight, imo at some point if you don’t use it you lose it.
