According to what I have read. Most people started hanging after seeing no more gain from only stretching. A lot of stretch routines like V, Inverted V, JAI and BTC are very effective for length gain. Give them a try before starting to hang your big boy :)
I started PEing in june 2005, and I gained almost 1.8” in length (BP measurement). My newbie gain was also impressive, almost 1” for the first year of PEing. I always consider myself an easy gainer. I’ve always been consistent and I have done my routines properly (well, I believe). I never neglect about warming up my penis or giving him a break if necessary. I had such an intense PE routine, but I never overdid it.
