Should I alternate the newbie routine excercises?

The newbie routine says to do all the scretching, then jelqing, then kegeling. Has anyone found it beneficial to mix them together? Such as stretch for 30 seconds, do 20 jelqs, then 5 five second kegels?

Wouldn’t really be time efficient because you need to build up an erection for the jelqs then get back flaccid for stretches.

Yes, you can do that. You don’t need to have a high erection level to jelq—in fact, I’m of the opinion that for length, the lower the e level the better. I mix up jelqing and stretching, and if you jelq at low erection levels (around 10%, basically a big softie, no rigidity in the unit at all), and do downward jelqs, they are semi-stretches. and you can hold the end of the jelq stroke for a few seconds, giving a little stretch at the end.

I am looking for more length than girth. Is it the popular belief that flacid jelqing is better for length? Most of the time I get erections during jelqing and I just continue without letting the erection go down. I have not notice any length or girth gains yet. If possible, I would like my routine to only focus on length.

I follow the routine to a tee for the reason that it’s time efficient and likely helps if done in that order (warming helps stretching, stretching helps jelq, jelq provides blood to kegel, and heat is always a good idea).It seems, and so far is, a well rounded routine.

I do however do light stretches afterward while I’m applying heat after a session, it makes a difference for me anyway.

Mixing stretching and jelqing up is not my preference since for jelqing I have to get a good erection then right after I gotta clean my penis and make him subside in order to stretch and then get my penis warm up again to restart jeqling, etc.
If length is your target then go for more stretching, you can focus on girth later on.

Is there a coustomized routine focused on gaining length? I feel that length should be my main concern. Is stretching better for length than hanging?

Yes and No. Some PEers (including me) have never done any hanging. Still we got gains from only stretching. If you think that your ready for hang, then give it a shot. To me, hanging is not comfortable at all and besides, it requires extra time and materials.

From the various threads I have read it seems like people hang for hours on end. Do I have to stretch for the same period of time to see similar results? I was hoping it would be like going to the gym. It takes me about 45 minutes to do the newbie routine. How much did you gain from the newbie routine and how many months did it take?

According to what I have read. Most people started hanging after seeing no more gain from only stretching. A lot of stretch routines like V, Inverted V, JAI and BTC are very effective for length gain. Give them a try before starting to hang your big boy :)

I started PEing in june 2005, and I gained almost 1.8” in length (BP measurement). My newbie gain was also impressive, almost 1” for the first year of PEing. I always consider myself an easy gainer. I’ve always been consistent and I have done my routines properly (well, I believe). I never neglect about warming up my penis or giving him a break if necessary. I had such an intense PE routine, but I never overdid it.
