Shorter Penis, Achy Pubic Bone

I started jelqing about 7 weeks ago. Not long after starting I got achy and sore and got those little red spots. I quit for a week and all returned to normal. After a few days of jelqing again I got a larger dark bruise about 1/8” in diameter. I stopped for five days or so until it went away and began again. I realized I was adding too much pressure in my jelqing and eased off a bit. Again I got several (much milder and smaller) dark bruises that would be gone by the next day. These mistakes led me to a milder routine.

I finally started getting to a place where I felt like I knew what I was doing and had no problems. I would occasionally get little red spots that would disappear within half of a day. My morning wood has been regular and very hard. When I started jelqing I was 7 & 1/4” BPEL. About one week ago I measured AT 7 & 3/8” BPEL. The last three days or so I started adding more tension to my jelqs and yesterday I tried adding a second smaller routine to my day. I woke up with rock hard morning wood this morning, but I measured 7 & 1/16 BPEL. My shaft feels a bit sore and the base of my penis/public bone is achy.

Did I completely ruin the small gain I had? If I take time to heal will I at least go back to my previous jelq size? I knew better, but I did not heat myself up the last few days.

My routine has been warm up stretches and around 150, 3 - 5 second jelqs.

I think you’ll get it back you just abused it and it’s trying to recuperate. I’ve done that a bunch of times and it always comes back after your rest.

The achy pubic bone is probably suspensory ligament soreness, but I think it’s very hard to achieve soreness to the ligs just by manuals, but it’s what it seems to be.

That is what you look for when stretching lower angles, so if you’re sore in that area and is not feeling pain (gotta learn the difference from soreness to pain) then you’re doing correctly.

The strange part is the length loss, but maybe it’s a fluctuation and that will happen a lot during your PE career.

Anyways, rest is never too much, and it’s better to be cautious specially early in your PE
