I noticed many people with FSL roughly equal (or even larger than) EL. My FSL is short (relative to my EL) and it really doesn’t stretch much before I feel discomfort. I am wondering if there is any consensus on the effect of having a short FSL (relative to EL) when starting PE? I.e. Should I expect the most rapid gains in flaccid length, FSL, or EL? Does it make gains easier/difficult? Are certain exercises more effective? Anything along those lines. My goals are on erect size, as I’m more into the functional aspect than the appearance of my flaccid penis.
