Shock therapy

So after 2 months of PE I just whipped out the ruler and broke the 6” mark for the first time in my life. I noticed it was more of a challenge to get fully erect then Pre-PE. I have been slacking on kegels though. I did the newbie routine for about 3 weeks then modified it to

Warm-up (shower)
30x3 stretches (light)
30x3 stretches (so-so)
30x2 V stretches (so-so)
30x3 stretches (heavy)
30x2 V stretches (heavy)
250 jelq ( last week I have improved ten fold on technique making sure 3-4 seconds with each stroke)
30x3 stretches (so-so)
30x2 V stretches (heavy)
30x3 stretches (heavy)

While doing this I missed a few days in a row and I started thinking about “shock therapy” letting your penis heal almost fully then adding another 2min stretch 5min jelq. I have been adding a session like this in when I’m feelin froggy most of the time I skipped a session and had a 1 on 1 off so next session I’ll do a 1 on 1 “shock therapy” 1 off or I’ll miss a few days and throw one in.. But I’m seeing results and I haven’t changed my un healthy lifestyle much.

I’m impressed at the results and I also want to throw in a different kind of stretch sometime in September probably.
My main focus I would have to say is getting my EQ up it’s never been great. The improved jelqing has made a significant impact the last week but I have been slacking on the kegels, which is probably the problem.
