Hey guys how’s it going, I’d like to share my routine and get some feed back.. TX
I’ve been doing PE for almost a year on and of with no real results and using a stretcher for maybe 2 but again on and off so I can’t really claim much if any gains. I have become more serious about PE now seeing that, I haven’t been getting any action from wifey for a loooooong time.. To long.. I have spoken to her about it at least 4 times and still nuttin.. So I have decided that I’m (sadly) not waiting for her, I’m a man with needs and if she will not fulfil her role as my wife, then I’m gonna go somewhere else for it..
Here is my PE routine..
1. I do about 2000-3000 kegels a day. No weekends
2. Hot wrap- face towel under hot water wrap around my pecker 60 kegels : 5 reps
I) straight pull out 20 times good hard tugs then stretch and pull circular motion clockwise 20 times and repeat counter clockwise
Repeat above except pull to the right 20 times do whole excerise then left repeating again
I) pull pecker straight down with legs spread long holds 2 seconds 20 times
I don’t remember what this one is called. I take my unite pull it down under around reaching around and pull it from my back side, holding it for 2 minutes, with a good pull enough to feel the stretching..
I also don’t know what this one is called, sorry guys..
Pull my pecker straight out with my right hand, with my left hand I put one finger under my shaft by the base pull up and with my right hand pull down for a minute, I repeat this for left/right and up 1 minute each..
Total stretch time 15-17 min
I then message my unit 30 second
Slapped it against my hand to get the blood flowing once 50-70% hard I start wet Jelqing.
I do 500 wet Jelqs
1) left hand holding my sack back and exposing as much shaft as possible once my pecker is 50-70 % hard I do and hold a kegel for 25 jelqs using my right hand.. Then repeating with my left hand jelqing and right hand holding my sack.
Once I have done 100 jelqs I then get my pecker to about 70-80% hard and clamp my unit mid shaft for a minute
I repeat this whole process until I have done 500 jelqs.
Once I’m done in the shower hot water running on my williie wanker for 5 minutes and massaging it..
So.. Any pointers of what may be good and what may be bad..
Is feels so good being able to open up like this after so many years bottling up my fears of inadequacies, as regards to my pecker size.
