Shall I stretch the foreskin

I am uncut that means I often have the problem that the level my balls hang somehow limiting my length of penis. I can just feel that everytime the skin is too short to enable me to stretch my penis out more.How can I deal with this>

I believe that your talking about a turkey neck?
Big bit of skin which hangs on your shaft and leads to your balls inevitably leading to the illusion of less penis.

Stretching the shaft skin is meant to help.
I have a turkey neck and I think if you use a ADS like the Max Extender (he says with spite) you can jam the loose skin at the bottom and stretch the shaft skin.

I think I will try it next week.
