Sexual side effects

I tried searching but couldn’t find what I was looking for.

I want to begin PE within the next few days, but I’m wondering what kind of side effects I’ll have. For example, how long will I have to wait after doing the PE routine before I’ll be able to have sex with my girlfriend? I’m not telling her about this yet, because she’ll laugh and say I’m an idiot, so I’d like to have some evidence (I.e. Gains) before I tell her about it. So what I’m wondering is, will I be able to have sex, let’s say, 6 hours after the routine? What about 2 hours after the routine? Will I be sore or have any discomfort? Will I experience a weak erection or anything side effects such as these? Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Thanks.

There’s been a lot of discussion over the years about the effects of ejaculation on gains. Many say there is no connection. However, and increasing number of guys think that delaying ejaculation may be important for getting the most out of your workouts.

To be really conservative, consider waiting a bit after your workouts before blowing your load. Two hours is probably plenty.

As for side effects, I think that you won’t have any undesirable side effects if you follow the newbie routine or are otherwise conservative with your workouts. Still, pay attention to your erections and adjust accordingly. If your erection strength starts to flag, consider timing your workouts so as to have a longer duration between workouts and sex.

If you find your erections become weaker over a longer period of time, consider idling back on your workout intensity. Use common sense.

My own experience was that my forty-something year old erections grew stronger as a result of PE, and my girth increased remarkably. This made sex much more intense, and was a change for the better.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

No one obligates you to, but it would be best to leave at least two hours between sex and PE. You could be sore and a little uncomfortable but that is a minor thing when pussy is waiting for you :) . It could be a little bit harder for you to get a rock hard erection but after two hours, that problem should be vanished. If it didn’t, use it as an excuse to let your girl blow you :D .

Welcome to the forum and I’ll like your name, gave me an excellent idea :gulp: .

Okay, I did my first session of PE with the newbie routine. (Applause.) It sounds like we’re all in agreement that after 2 hours, the side effects are negligible. Does this sound about right? If so, I can deal with that.

Sounds perfectly right. Welcome, fellow citizen :)

By the way, I am back to my PEing as well (big things are coming my way soon).

Et... la nuit se continue. C\'est vrai. Elle est complètement dechirée - ma tête.
