There is no reason for you not to have sex on the same day that you PE. You might need time between “PE and sex” or “Sex then PE” to recover from one before moving on to the other.

The only problem I have had with having sex after a PE session was that it was harder to keep it up for longer and things irritation from friction. Once I waited 2-3 hours later and had enough to drink and a meal I was perfectly fine. I still keep ejaculation to only once a day but I can go as many times as she wants and have orgasms without ejaculation using the “stop and start” method.
