Hello everyone, I’m new to this PE, just had my first session last night and I was wondering if having excessive sex (been with gf for a year now) can be harmful to my success? Strange question but nonetheless one I was wondering about.
Another question that just popped into my head was that I’m currently going to the gym 2-3 times a week and have this protein powder that I used to take. Would this help in the rejuvination of my dick like it does my other muscles?
Harmful? nah, affect a little? maybe, fun? yeah!!! :p …. there is a lot of threads about sex/masturbation after a workout, do a little search. As a personal opinion, i have learn that if im going to get some bootie,that day is my day off (on PEing of course!!). Thats why I always do my session at night before i go to sleep, so im sure im not getting any sex :) .
Sex should not be an issue, as far as protein powder goes it wont have any affect either.
