I just started the newbie routine about two weeks ago,

1. The newbie routine lists the 50 5 second kegels at the bottom, do they need to be done right after the workout? I would think not, but it doesn’t hurt to ask.

2. I remember reading somewhere that you should keep increasing the number of kegels you do everyday, and I’ve heard of other types of kegels. Is there an advanced routine I want to reach someday that involves more kegels and kegels of other types?

3. I’ve heard you should be completely flaccid when doing manual stretches (but it doesn’t say that in the PE FAQ), why is this? How exactly do you define “completely flaccid”?

4. I’ve been told by the current girl of my life that my penis (while not big) is at least pretty attractive, as in, not ugly. Will this change with PE? Will it become in any way less symmetrical by any means? I’m talking wrinkles, skin hanging lower, and specifically turkey neck. Is there any well known way to lessen or avoid turkey neck?

5. My penis, when untouched, leans about 30 degrees to the right and slightly less than that clockwise. There is no bend or curve (as I would call it), it just leans to the right AND what would be the top center line is now at about 2 o’clock instead of 12. I’m pretty sure this is from it hanging to the right while wearing tighties underwear growing up and wanking with my right hand almost exclusively up until a few months ago (I’m 22). I read that PE should fix this, but I’ve heard it makes it worse for some people. Is there anything widely known or accepted that I’m missing?

6. The newbie routine mentions gradually increasing the amount of reps and time of exercise, but then I’ve also read that one should do as little as possible while still having gains and good EQ. How long should I stick with the unaltered newbie routine? I know there isn’t a clear cut answer to this, but I appreciate any advice.

7. A few months ago I bought some L-lysine, L-arginine, and Zinc pills at the grocery store. I don’t know much about when, why, and how much I should take (other than that I wish I had been taking zinc since I was 12). Anything I should know?

8. Any other advice you think a newbie should know?

4. Very unlikely. Extra skin isn’t nearly as noticeable as you might think. I have a slightly longer turkey neck/foreskin than when I started out, and have never gotten any negative comments. You may want to watch out for discoloration from advanced girth workouts though.

It wouldn’t be the first time someone started PE with an attractive dick, and ended up with a scary (large) dick.

5. I think you’re just talking about the curvature, which may or may not change. Just push it off to the left before you put on some pants, and it might fix itself. Otherwise, I haven’t heard too much about it.

6. If you’re gaining, then why mess up a good thing? No gains, but good EQ —> maybe try more reps. As you know, everyone reacts differently to stresses, so find out what works best for you. I would stick to it for at least 2-3 months.

7. The search function is your friend.

8. Search by title, it’s usually much more effective.

About your question number 5:

I have this exact same thing (if I understood you correctly) and I just stretch a insy winsy bit more to the left and not the right. And it’s evened out a bit over the months.

(So if I was stretching for 45 seconds I would go 35seconds right, 45seconds left)

OK I believe I know EXACTLY what you are talking about because that is how I am built. Penises come in lots of different shapes and sizes, so it is normal.

Here is how I described mine back in a newbie thread somewhere:

- My penis points to the left at a 45% angle. No not a curve, but more like “Hey you over there, I am pointing at YOU!”

- There is a “twist” to my penis. In other words, if my glans were a clock face, it would be hanging on the wall with the 12 where the 1 should be. (more like the twelve is between where the one and the twelve are)

Is that what you are talking about?

If so here is what happened with the “pointing”

When I did 5 way stretches, I would always do an extra stretch in the opposite direction of the way my penis pointed. Over time this has mostly been corrected. I still poing to the left but not as much. Maybe 10% angle, I don’t know for sure, but I do know it is not 45% anymore.

I haven’t really kept track of the slight “twist” I have. I still have a twist, but it could be better than it was. I guess I don’t worry about that.

I actually think it has more to do with the natural body asymetry that we all have to some degree or another. For example look at your face. One half is slightly different than the other.

So with me for example, my right nostril is slightly larger and more “flared” than my left one. In fact the right side of my entire body is slightly larger than the left side.

This is true of my penis as well, the right side is slightly more developed than the left.

I also have my penis pointing out towards the left, just as sta-kool described. I would also go ahead and say that my corpus cavernosa on the right side is 1.5 times more developed than on my left side.

I’m currently still on my newbie routine, however I have modified it like two days ago it to include an extra stretch towards the right (to stretch the left side of my penis), and 3 sets of 10 dry jelqs focusing only on the left side of my penis (I use my left thumb and index finger to compress my penis from over and under it) hoping that it will help develop the left side of my penis.

Reading ska-tool’s post kinda gave me hope, because right now I’m actually feeling that I won’t really get much gains until my penis gets more symmetric. Main reason why is because when I do stretches pointing straight out I can’t really go past my erect length and it feels like the left side of my penis is holding it back.. I also don’t feel much stretch on my right side unless I do stretches pointing towards the left.


Start (04/11) - BPEL : 18 cm (7 1/8 in), EG (midshaft) : 14 cm (5.5 in)

Oh, I wouldn’t get too hung up on the symmetry issue, especially if you are in newbie mode. It did not stop me from gaining. (Hey I might try out your jelq method though)

But do stick with the extra stretch and see how it goes. I’m sorry that I don’t remember exactly how long it took, but it maybe it around 9 months or more.

Pumping may have contributed to it as well, as I started pumping after 4 months of newbie.

Yes to the left. I checked my erection, I have gone from pointing 45 degrees to the left to about 10 degress, maybe a little less. I am perfectly happy with that.
