Setting some goals, which routine and supplements
I would like to give PE a try, I think starting with realistic goals is the first step, second one is to accept what one already has so let’s give it a try:
I am about 6,5” length by 5,6” girth uncircumcised (that makes stretch a bit difficult) girth is not bad, constant all along and head is proportionate so I don’t matter girth a lot but a bit more wouldn’t be too bad.
Increase flaccid that is actually ridiculous
Increase length of, say, 1/2”
Increase blood flow
Increase ball sac hanging that’s actually ridiculous
Given the above where would you start from?
I know you will start from the beginners routine, any modification because of my needs?
Which supplements would help?
I am not skinny not really overweight, I am average/robust built and got over 40s
