Hi all,
I would like to give PE a try, I think starting with realistic goals is the first step, second one is to accept what one already has so let’s give it a try:

I am about 6,5” length by 5,6” girth uncircumcised (that makes stretch a bit difficult) girth is not bad, constant all along and head is proportionate so I don’t matter girth a lot but a bit more wouldn’t be too bad.


Increase flaccid that is actually ridiculous
Increase length of, say, 1/2”
Increase blood flow
Increase ball sac hanging that’s actually ridiculous

Given the above where would you start from?
I know you will start from the beginners routine, any modification because of my needs?

Which supplements would help?

I am not skinny not really overweight, I am average/robust built and got over 40s

Looking at your previous posts, It seems you have tried one thing and another without any plan .

One can only suggest you give the Newbie routine a trial for a month or two and see what results you obtain from that. Then you can tell use what has happened and we can use that information in giving you some help on your specific needs.

So give the newbie routine a try and ee how it goes.

Uncircumcised does make it a little less comfortable to stretch but it is not really more difficult I think (I’m uncircumcised myself). It’s all about allowing yourself enough time to properly set the grip.
