Seriously interested in PE. Looking to talk to others

I have yet to talk to someone that has actually gone through the PE surgery. I’ve researched and find many photos with flaccid before and after pics, but nothing with erect before and after pics. Please help.

Don’t you consider using the enlargement techniques? I think they are much healthier, cheaper, better :)

From much of what I have read, seen and heard from post op guys in the PE forums, visual results are often more pronounced in the flaccid state, results are often disappointing at best and it would seem that many times result in loss of size because of scarring or multiple surgeries to fix deformities due to nodules, infections and retractions.

If I were you bro, and this is just my opinion, I would search the forum for people who have had the surgeries in question. Read their posts and get a more accurate look at what you can really expect. I found this site years ago while looking for a phalloplasty surgeon. I have made good gains with minimal efforts. My PE equipment and cost has been around $500 in the last 4 years or so. My surgery was going to be around $12,000.

Phalloplasty is hit and miss at best. If you notice, alot of the urologist advertise that they specialize in repairing botched phalloplasty! That alone should tell you something. $12,000 to make a 4” x 4” flaccid into a 5” x 5” flaccid, $25,000 to repair the lumps, bumps, retraction and infections = Total $37,000 worth of 3” x 4” distorted and scarred flaccid.

I would rather yank on my dick for a lifetime and gain 1/4” than go through that shit and I have not read one single post op story that said “yes, I now have a huge erect penis and it was worth every penny” except the anonymous patient testimonials on the sites that are selling the surgery.

If any guy can look at that gaping infected hole in a cock and still opt for surgery then Holy Shit! That literally made me sick to my stomach. My prayers are with that guy. I hope he can salvage some portion of what he started with.
