Today I began a new routine for PE, I haven’t been taken PE seriously like I did when I first began. When first began PE I found about It on the Tom Hubbard site and tried It for about a 2 weeks and saw gain small gains but gains! Over time I’ve gotten lazy and only PE about twice or even three times a week, and started masturbating alot. My inspiration are vets that have been PE for while hearing the amazing gains such as Piet ,Andrew ect. I’ve started to make a chart of my gains with a Microsoft program and soon hope post them my new routine includes no masturbation allowed.
