Today I began a new routine for PE, I haven’t been taken PE seriously like I did when I first began. When first began PE I found about It on the Tom Hubbard site and tried It for about a 2 weeks and saw gain small gains but gains! Over time I’ve gotten lazy and only PE about twice or even three times a week, and started masturbating alot. My inspiration are vets that have been PE for while hearing the amazing gains such as Piet ,Andrew ect. I’ve started to make a chart of my gains with a Microsoft program and soon hope post them my new routine includes no masturbation allowed.

Good deal, I’ve only been doing PE for about 9 days. I’m trying to keep it as serious as possible and I’m also using MS excel to keep track of my workouts. It is really hard for me to completely cut out masturbation, so I’m to limit it to once every other day for now. Good luck to you.

How exactly are you guys using Excel to track and graph your workouts? Just a quick tutorial please because it sounds promising.

I write them down on paper first then enter them on a program called Microsoft Spread sheet to the keep data.

I too, would love to boast of gains like that, someday. (3 months into PE and only minimal gains, if any, but NOT discouraged.) I know the gains will happen!!!
