Serious Issue, Help

I am an extreme noob when it comes to all of this stuff. For the moment I will leave the enlargement practices alone and focus on my main worry. Ever since I could remember, I have not had full erections. It stays stanted toward the ground and isnt as hard as I would like it to be. There are a couple of times It has been a full erection so I do have something to compare it to. Also, the base is ALOT wider then the tip. The head seems very small for the body. I’ve read up on a few things and I found a few stating that the head being small and weak erections is a sign of poor blood flow. That is why I’m here. Where do I start and what exactly do I do to make it work normal?

Welcome. I’d start with reading the article on Kegels by Westla. And then kegel away, taking note of your rest days of course. Start with that for a few weeks and report back.

Also, Will a full erection be bigger then my half erection? Or will it just big sitting up higher?

What does that have to do with it?

What and how do you do the exersises reccommended? Do they also gain size to? About how long before I will start to notice results?

Are there any medications that you have been on the whole time?

This sounds to me like a serious enough case that you should see a doctor to be sure that you are on the right path to getting the underlying cause resolved. It could be a warning sign of circulatory or blood pressure problems, the emergence of a disease like diabetes, or just something that really requires a medical fix.

Once a doctor clears you, you may find that he doesn’t have any really good suggestions, and at that point you might find “alternative” approaches such as suggested here, like kegels, to be the way to go. But don’t put off making sure you are medically healthy, as a first step.

Here are a few questions for you: Do you smoke? Have high blood pressure? Diabetes? Poor circulation in your hands and feet? Are you overweight?

There are many reasons for poor circulation. If none of these apply to you, try some panex (Korean) ginseng.

You can start with kegels, they work miracle with erection.

Also if you are not in shape, try some excercise. Your penis is a part of your body, so if you are overweight or generally unhealthy a lack of erections would not be strange.

I am not overweight, I am in fairly good athletic type shape.

However, My granmother on my moms side has Diabetes and my Dad has diabetes. It has been going on my entire life and I have been checked for diabetes before and the doctors said I was not Diabetic. I may be now, as I have been having hand shaking problems lately and I will soon get that checked out.

Should I start the Kegels first or check out the diabetes issue first because it has been going on for a very long time and I have been checked with negative results which means that diabtetes wasn’t the cause.

I just looked up kegels and all I found was that they were for women, helping there muscles inthere vagina become more sensitive.

Are there for guys to? Can someone please quickly explain how to do them?

What is ballooning? Wuld you suggest that will have the same effect?

Now, do you do them limp or when erected? And do these count for an enlargement also?
