I am primarily interested in gaining length, and have been doing the following exercises.

1. Manual stretches
2. Wet jelqing
3. Kegels
4. Vac-extender for 4-8 hours per day

I was wondering what is the best order to do these in order to optimize length?

And warm down!

And warm left, and right if you have time.
