Separate time for Kegals

Hey, well into my 4th week. EQ still sucks, but I guess it’s early days.. One thing that is surprising is that my base girth seems to have grown and is now more or the same a my mid shaft girth. Wasn’t expecting to see anything happen that soon but I guess it might not be permanent gains.

Sometimes I don’t have time to do the kegals during the the stretching and jelq sessions. Is it ok to do them at a time outside of your PE sessions?


Starting point (15 May 2011) BPE = 7.55", EG = 5.75" (biggest part at middle), EG = 5.55" (at base) EQ = Bad/low

Interim goal (ie. I would be highly satisfied with the following) BPE = 8.5", EG = 6.5" (at base), EQ = High

Long term goal (ie. It would be nice but I wouldn't be disappointed if I didnt get there and I wouldn't want to go beyond this)BPE = 9",EG = 7"

I find that EQ gains are most directly attributed to kegals. The more kegals you do, the harder and stronger your erections!

I’m also in my 4th week, and I do only 50 kegals a day (while using the hot wrap for 5 mins, prior to stretching). I have went from a 6 or 7 EQ to a solid 10 EQ. Rock hard. Everytime! Love it!

Find the time to squeeze in some kegals, I do 50 - 1-2 second squeezes only, nothing too intense.


Back on Jan 3, 2012 - Stats: FL- 4.5", FG- 4.8", EG- 5.6", EL- 6.1", BPEL- 6.8"

Goal by Jan 1, 2013 - EL- 7.5", EG- 6" -----> I have a LONG way to grow :)

I think that’s the best part of keg exercises. You can do them whenever, in the classroom, while urinating, in the library, at the baseball game, in a board meeting conference, during jury duty, while babysitting, while eating dinner, etc etc.

All you’re basically doing is contracting your PC muscle. The longer you can hold it for the better your EQ is going to be. Don’t forget to breathe while performing this exercise.

Yeah, I’ve been doing the kegals during work or sometimes in bed before sleep. Sometimes I can do 50 somewhat easily and sometimes it’s really hard. I guess this shows that I’ve still got a weak PC muscle. I try to hold for 5 seconds but maybe I should hold it for less like iGrow.

I do them in the car to and from work. I also do them throughout the day at random times. Like standing in line at the bank.


2009 Bpel-6 5/8", Eg-5"

2011 Bpel-7 3/8", Eg-5 1/4"

2013 BPEL-7 3/8", EG 5 3/8"

My routine looks like this

10 fast clenches (1-2 sec hold) x3
10 med clenchs (5sec hold)
3 long clench (30 hold)
10 fast clenches (1-2 sec hold) x3

I do mine in sync with my with my weightlifting routine. 2 days on one day off. The first day I can finish the routine and have strong contractions all the way through. The second day I can get half way through and it’s a real chore to finish. But after the rest day (witch is just as important as the actual work day) I can really feel the benefits. Cheers

I haven’t done kegels directly with my routine for years. I always just do them at any other time like at work or whenever I am just laying around relaxing. As someone said, one of the best things about them is that they can be done anywhere at anytime.
