Separate stretches and jelqs
The other day I had an idea, but I’m not sure of it’s effectiveness. If I was to, for example, warm up, stretch, and warm down on one day, and then the next, warm up, jelq, and warm down, and repeat the process, would that be more effective than stretching and jelqing in one go?
This means some days will be “Stretch Days” and others “Jelq Days”. Has anyone experimented with this, and if so, is it a good idea?
