PROGRESS REPORT #2. It’s been almost 2 months since I started PE and I’m delighted to report at least an inch of growth, probably more. The first month was spent experimenting with techniques and was disrupted by the holidays. The second month I developed a simple routine that seems to be adding about 1 mm per day. My goal was to achieve an effective method that gets results without taking up much time. My situation does not permit warming and jelqing, so I’m focused exclusively on basic stretching: left, right, up, down, away from the body.
I use baby power to avoid slippage and exert a strong steady stretch of one minute in each direction. I apply the maximum amount of force without causing pain ~ probably equivalent to a 20 or 40 lb weight. The entire routine takes 5 minutes and my goal is to end the routine with a mild dull ache that lets me know that “something-is-happening-down-there”.
Whenever possible, I put on a Quick-Extender Pro at the end of each stretching session for ½ hour or more. This is a device with spring loaded rods and a cradle. Although these devices are proven to work, they are very slow by themselves and require about 1,000 hours to produce a gain of one inch, which is 3 hours per day for a year! The reason I use it is to maintain the stretched position so the penis settles into its longer length instead of returning to the flaccid state. My reasoning is that the stretching session causes microscopic tears in the tissues, and the device encourages it to heal in its stretched state.
I usually do three stretching sessions in the morning while working at my computer and one or two in the evening for a total time of about 20 minutes per day. This is an easy routine and doesn’t require much time or effort, so I’ll continue doing it until I have a really big cock. Groovy.
In conclusion, I’d like to thank Thunder for a great community, DLD for his excellent DVD (which I purchased from Matters of Size | Male Enhancement, Body Modifications & Peyronies Forums), Ocifer for his truly inspiring videos, and everyone who welcomed me to the community. May you all live long and prosper!
