Semi Beginner Routine
Hey guys, I’ve been experimenting with PE for a year or so and just stated to become serious. I started out around 5.5 inches NBPEL and now almost at 6.0 Npbel. I have come up with a new routine and want your opinion. I have a privacy and time constraint on my hands so that explains the routine. It goes as follows..
5 days on/ 2 days off
Warm up 10 min
Captains wench hang 30 min
ADS all day at work (8-10 hours)
Pump 10-15 min
This is the new routine I plan on starting.. Any input is welcome. I’m not completely new to PE bit I’m starting to get serious about it and just want the best routine for my time that I have privacy. Which is about 30-45 min in the morning, all day at work (on my feet moving around all day) and about 20-25 min after work.
