Self-Control.
Greetings everyone,
This is NasNeco, old and new here.. I have been trying to search some technique for meditation thrice.. Could not find..
I find our members are lacking of self-control and confident too.. Amateurs lose their focus when they tried PE exercise and gone complete wild..
I am here to share some knowledge.. Without any belief.. Belief must not be attributed in science.. Otherwise, waste of time..
I’m making a guide of meditation about focus and concentration.. This is very the first basic of meditation on a general use.. This meditation is “Samadhi”.. Sounds like Buddha things.. Not true.. This existed before buddhism and zen..
Please do not take easily to trust in histories of buddhism.. Most modern monks are inevitable.. They’re always misunderstood with beliefs!!
Samadhi does not make your mind into a peaceful mind.. Improves your concentration and focus only.. And also brain and mind..
When I say.. I’m here to share.. To share something is knowledge.. It’s not helping them.. It’s making them to know better!!
Finally, here is instruction:
1. You don’t have to sit on the ground like a monk, buddha and much other like that.. Most important is to sit straight on a chair whicever is comfortable in a dimly room and must be quiet!
2. Simply close your eyes and concentrate on counting the breath.. First count equals to one inhale and exhale.. Second count equals to one inhale and exhale.. And go on..
3. Concentrate on counting the breath for as long as you can, if you lose count and/or get distracted, simply start counting from the beginning again.
Don’t lose hope as thoughts will keep arising.. This is normal.. The mind is a restless place.. Instead, just keep concentrating on counting the breath.
This session.. Should be around 15 to 30 minutes.. As not to exceed or tire yourself too much.
