What’s up everyone?!

I am a totally new to PE, could anyone help me and guide me what to start with? I would really appreciate it…

Thanks a lot guys. I’ve read a lot of articles and post since yesterday. I even tried jelqing under the shower last night. The only problem is my foreskin -I’m uncut. During the jelqs, it covers my whole glans… Anyway after I spotted some red small marks and one bigger dark dot on the shaft but I guess it’s ok as it was written.

My question is, can I start the program presented by luvdadus???



Sample Newbie Routine Post # 1

The following is an outline for a beginner’s routine. This is a suggestion only. Modify it to meet your goals or concerns:

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF

Notes: gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.



Or you could give me some other suggestions?

The last question, can I use direct stream of a hot water (while taking shower) instead of hot wrap?

Hey MM and warm welcome!

I try to give some answers, but it’s all up to you how you want to spice your routine up :)

1) Yes. Luvdadus’ newbie routine is especially for newbies, who haven’t done PE at all or just very little of it.

2) Other exercises you might take into consideration are JAI stretches and V-stretches. You can find information how these exercises are done in the glossary and archieve pages. There are links to these pages in the bottom of every page (this included). Also, many people think that hotwrap in the end of session is just a waste of time, but I recommed that you do it at least for now… After two-three months of dedicated PEing you can start thinking about squeezes, but not yet my friend..

3) You can do the warm up procedure in the shower as well, even if it isn’t as efficient as hotwrap IMO.

some red small marks : Normal result of jelqing, should be gone the next day or so. If not, take a break.
and one bigger dark dot on the shaft. Watch that one. Might want to look at this:

Luvdadus’ newbie routine is an excellent starting point. Build some tolerance up there, then move on. By the statements made above ref discoloration and marks, I’d suggest ample time in the newbie routine bullpen, and pay close attention to marks that do not disappear within a day or so.

direct stream of a hot water instead of hot wrap?
Someone posted somewhere, not sure where, but i’ll look for it, that using hot water like that is not as beneficial as a hot wrap. Cannot attest to this, just passing it on. I would think something is better than nothing, if the shower is more convenient, by all means. Some guys swear by the hot wrap approach, some have never used hot wraps. What works for you is the key.

Forego any advanced techniques, no matter how bad you want to try them. Pay attention to what you’re doing so as to avoid injury. In my mind, that is paramount.

Some questions

Hello again. I’ve started my PE exercises and got some questions…

1. In which directions should I stretch my penis, straight at front of myself? Towards the floor? Which is better? How about stretching on sides?

2. During my Jelqing session, if I will obtain too big erection, can I stop for some seconds to make my thing go down a little without any effects on the whole session?

I would submit that, unless something dictates otherwise, best to hit all angles.

2. During my Jelqing session, if I will obtain too big erection, can I stop for some seconds to make my thing go down a little without any effects on the whole session?
By all means, shake it out and drop down to 60% or so. Avoid jelqing at full erection for a couple months to avoid injury.

Thank you Dark Trick. One more question, stretching should be done in a flaccid state isn’t it? I guess because I’ve just started my PE exercises from time to time I get too big erection, both during the stretching and Jelqing.

So assuming, if I will wait a little for my erection to go down during the jelqs it will have no negative impact on the whole jelqing session, am I right?

Can anyone answer me my last questions?

By the way I’ve finally got used to Jelqing and it doesn’t make my dick to go crazy about it (I am talking about 100% erections).

Still have some problems with stretching, I mean with a grip… I simply grab the glans… but it slips sometimes… and cannot hold it stretched for 30 seconds…

Not at all, or just a little. You should probably go by the repetitions in the beginning instead of time, if you have to keep breaks during jelquing session.

What kind of grip are you using in your stretches? I’d suggest to check this grip out on toms site, if you haven’t already done so.
