Seeking advide to start

Hi! I am a new member of this forum, I have read a couple of threads and it looks promising to me. I have also read some routines and such, but Id much rather get “personal” advice/help from an experienced member that have been where I am today. I would love to get some advice on what I should do and think about.

I have been trying to do exercises and even used a penis pump (hydra-max or whatever it is called), but I can’t say that I have experienced any significant length or girth increments, sometimes it even feels like is is shrinking.

Is there ant certain routines or exercises I should be doing? Any supplements or herbs that could help?

I also live at home with my family, so some days I am not able to do my what I intended. Do you know anything that could work for me? Would really appreciate the help!

Current girth/length (I don’t know how exact the conversions are): 13/14cm (4.5/5”)

Had similar experience like yourself. Before get to know about this online PE world, bought an air pump and ended up always "turtling (shrinked)" (temporary defensive mechanism after some heavy aggression).

Since we don’t know how your penis will react to PE exercises, the recommendation is to start on the lightest routine possible and as the time goes by, adjust from it: Linear Newbie Routine.

I tried a bunch of supplements including the scam ones (enlargement pills) … nothing happened. Healthy habits, 7-8 hours sleep and clean diet should do it just fine, to make sure, I would recommend an multivitaminic, multimineral and omega-3 supplements.

Thank you for your reply! I will definitely look up all of these things and try it out!

As for the supplements I already eat those things, so thats great! I’ve also read ginseng and L-arginine is soppused to increese blodflow the that area, so I will also be taking those.

Pumping is considered an advanced exercise that is why you were shrinking instead of growing. It was too much on your penis and it was trying to protect itself.

Leave pumps out for now. Start with the linear newbier routine and finish it. Take a one week’s break. Continue with the newbie routine and finish it. Take a one week’s break.

After that you will have a pretty good idea about PE and you can create your own routine. Pumping is very effective, it just needs a conditioned penis.

I agree you should Pick one of the beginners routines and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.
