Seeing the first gains
I’m getting really motivated and exicted right now!
I started PE the 4Th of July, at 6.5 BPEL and BPFSL. This morning I measured for the first time since starting, and turns out I have gained my first 1/4 inch BPEL. Feels good!
What also surprised me is that I’ve had quite a big gain in BPFSL, it is now 7.1/8. I just kept measuring over and over again, thinking that I had to be holding the ruler wrong or something.
I have to mention that I haven’t even been following the newbie routine very closely. I was very consistent the first 3 weeks to a month, but a lot of things have come up that takes up a lot of my time, so I wasn’t actually expecting any gains at all.
Now I realise where my priorities need to be!
I took pictures before I ever did any PE, so I’m looking forward to keep taking them and compare some way down the road. I’ll upload them to the member pictures once I get the time.
