Wow! I am on cloud 9! I started PE on March 6th, and I can already tell the difference! It may be wise not to set a date on your goals. You might start doing counterproductive things just to reach your goal by a certain date. If you are “only” 7 inches by next year, will that be a failure?


I agree with mgus.
You have set VEERY optimistic goals and when/if you start to see that you aren’t on schedule, you might get disappointed and loose faith. It is better to not set a target date because in PE you can’t really control the speed of growth.

When you start out, gains comes easy (for some) and it is so easy to extrapolate into the future and see that “wow, I will be a X” BPEL next year”. Then when gains stall, you get more and more frustrated, you increase the intensity or you start changing the routine, because you think you can control the speed of gains, which you most of the time can’t. Either you get injured or you mess up your routine and get even more frustrated.

It is much better to accept that the gains will come in due time. Sometimes they come easy, sometimes you don’t gain at all, but in the long run you will gain.

Just my humble opinion, based on my own experiences.


No, I will not be disappointed at all if I am “just 7 inches” by next year. I always set my goals high in whatever I do, and if I am not where I want to be, I simply set another goal. I expect I will likely be around 6.5 or so by next year at goal date, but I will definetly be happy with reaching even that! I am really excited about finding this site and not going through any type of surgery.

Not that it matters, but if you don’t expect to be at your goal by your goal date, why do you set a date? Why not set a goal of 8 inches before you quit?

By the way, your statistics - is that BPEL or NBPEL? For reasons of tracking progress, some people feel it is good to measure - and keep track of - in both erect and flaccid states. Also, bone-pressed measurements will not be affected if you loose or gain weight. Weight loss would of course be very encouraging, but weight gains would otherwise result in threads along the lines of “Help! I am loosing gains!”.
