I had your same problem until I started stretching after a hot shower or bath. Trust me! If you have any problems gaining length incorporate a hot shower or bath into the beginning of your routine. A hot wrap just does not seem to do it. Your stretches will seem so much more beneficial and will feel better overall plus you’ll see results quicker when the ligs are hot and able to stretch more.

Thanks all again for the tips and encouraging words Ill have to try the shower thing and I’ve thought about hanging in the future **Also** unless I’m mistaken I think I’ve gained a bit of length! I’m on my way ;) lol..
You we’re all a big help n ill be trying out these tips soon.
One other thing that I think newbies have a problem with is consistent measuring techniques. This can affect the way you see gains. It takes some time to get good at measuring so you are consistent.
