I think it’s important that you have a good sleep regime , but not only the hours of sleep , but the time when you sleep , the night sleep is better and irreplaceable with any sleep in the day , I should train myself too , I wish ya luck

This is a good question. How can ADSing coexist with not overtraining? I think that the answer is in the difference between injury/stress and adaptation. Maximum stretch for a long time —> injury —> your body rapidly makes thicker connective tissue to provide greater structural support for your activity (if injury is severe it will make scar tissue). Moderate stretch for long time —> cells have mild stretch and divide to relieve it.

The problem lies in the fact that 1) people are impatient and don’t want to devote the time required for growth by cell division (very slow) and 2) It is difficult to stretch for long periods because of practical reasons (bulge in pants, hiding apparatus from girlfriend etc) and for safety reasons (skin irritation, wearing overnight —> compromised blood flow & dead penis).

Of course this is not an either or proposition (the body is not a machine, and in most cases operates on a continuum), what really happens is probably a mixture of both. With the second approach you may have rapid initial gains and then much slower but progressive gains (I have observed this personally, and many other members have reported similar results). With the first approach you may have rapid initial gains and then no further gains.

Also it is worth pointing out that the first approach is basically what hanging is all about. You start at a weight that causes rapid tissue resistance and then engage in an arms race with your body and end up hanging in excess of 50 lbs from your unit. Successful hangers stay one step ahead whilst deftly avoiding injury and unsuccessful hangers are bested by their bodies (but perhaps some laugh last as they avoid injury to their one and only unit).

But also you’re argument did not talk about one more method: The Iron Penis/Iron Crotch method

It is the Chinese way of penis enlargement. It uses a piece of silk cloth about 4ft by 1.5ft. Then you roll that silk long side to long side then you do a loop-knot around the base of you penis and the two sides of the silk hanging on both sides. You then tie those two strands of silk cloth together in a knot and you hang the weights from that knot. The you have a very comfortable and safe hanger to hang weights on your penis.

These guys then work up slowly up in weight until they are able to hoist 300lbs of their penis!

This Iron Penis uses a slow progression to very high weight. The good thing about that is that you get a very strong dick and a very strong PC muscle.

But the bad thing about that is that your dick tissue and ligaments develop the tensile strength of a steel cable and then you REQUIRE the huge weights to increase even a 0.25” of an inch.

So you are correct that too much weight will turn your dick into a super strong cable — Good for cementing the gains. But a low weight, long time approach is the safest and most sure way of getting the length we want.

There’s training and there’s over-training.

An ADS, used properly, is not over-training, and I’d like to point out that even ADS users take days off. There’s nothing all that inconsistent about this, incredulity aside.

The ADS is typically used as an adjunct to other forms of PE, to gently keep the penis in an extended state while it heals from more intense forms of PE (i.e. hanging, or pumping or whatever). Those that use the ADS as their primary form of PE are basically taking the approach that a long light stretch will produce results over time.

In any event, no matter what your approach it is wise to really pay attention to your PI’s (Physiological Indicators) and take breaks from time to time as needed.

Most people do take breaks, and those that don’t are more often than complain of injuries or lack of morning wood.

But what you do is up to you: it’s your penis.
