Just for the record, how old were you when you started doing this massage and your balls were “very tiny”? And how old are you now?

I started when I was something like 22-23 now I’m 28. At the beginning I massaged one time per week or even per two weeks because my balls were very exhausted. But the longer I did it my balls got used to it so now I can massage them every day. My session lasted something like 10-30 minutes. Testicles massage isn’t very complicated. When you lay on your back (it’s good to be erected) just grab your balls with one hand and use your thumb to massage. Just make circles around your testicles with thumb. I think you will have no problems with that kind of routine because it is very pleasurable.

I’ve been doing something like that around 20 minutes a day. I massage by grabbing and tugging on them while rubbing with my whole hand and thumb, switching it up every few minutes. Definitely seem to hang lower since I started. I’ll be measuring changes since I began either today or tomorrow.

But do you use some pressure with your thumb? How much strength do you use in this massage?

Very strange that no medical publication mentions about eating broccoli and oil. In medical treatment if someone has too small testicles he is treated with gonadothropine. If massaging testicles would do nothing how you explain increased libido in people who do this?

Nope I don’t out it in the juice. I drink it straight from the spoon. I always have my vegetable juice in the evening. I’ve been having a couple spoonfuls of Olive oil kind of in the morning after I eat 3 eggs but it just depends.

For once I can say I don’t have this problem. I got big balls. I can’t fit them through the x4base like some people say. Hopefully I’m just making up for what I’m missing in other places.

Take your right or left ball and measure all 3 dimensions width height and length (use centimeters not inches). Then do calculation I posted before. Anything below 12 you should visit doctor, 15-18 average size, 25+ big. Result of that calculation is volume of your ball in cubic centimeters.
