Stretch your dick for 30 seconds after you piss. Drink a lot of water so you have to go to the bathroom a lot. I think one guy gained like .25 inches doing that over a couple of months. Pretty good for the amount of time put in. Plus no one will know. If someone catches you just tell them you were stretching your dick because it was cold.
