Second progress post

I had a month off which is why this progress report is 1 month late.

My routine hasn’t changed much:
* For girth:
-> 5-10min warm up in shower
-> Tired string clamp (previously an unreliable manual clamp). This is to get a proper pumped up penis.
-> Bend forwards for 15 seconds
-> Bend to the right for 15 seconds
-> Bend to the left for 15 seconds
-> ULI for 15 seconds
-> I have been doing this an average of 1 day on and 1 day off.
-> I am no longer a bleeder when doing this!!
-> I’ve added kegels: 3 X 10 holding for 3 secs, 3 X 1 holding for 10 secs, 3 X for as long as possible (approx 25 secs)

* For length:
-> I add stretches to the above, stretch to the right, left and down holding for 10 seconds.
-> I also make piss stretches but nothing more than that.
-> Historically, jelqing gave me a rash where the organ meets the pelvic bone so I’ve stopped doing those.
-> I have also introduced A and V stretches but these are done randomly.

Starting EG at 01/04/09: 4.7
EG at 01/06/09: 5.15
EG at 01/10/09: 5.25
Change: 0.10 (I think – if this is accurate!)

Clamped girth at 01/06/09: 5.25
Clamped girth at 01/10/09: 5.25
No change.

BPEL at 01/04/09: 5.5
BPEL at 01/06/09: 5.5
BPEL at 01/10/09: 5.5

BPFSL at 01/04/09: 6
BPFSL at 01/06/09: 6.25
BPFSL at 01/10/09: 6.10
Change: -0.15 (Seems to have shrunk!! I’m sure my method of measuring is accurate but you never know).

Any hints?
