Searching for girth gains

After a few weeks of doing some research and alot of false info I stumbled upon this forum. As you can tell I’m a newbie here, and just have a few quick questions. I am basically looking for the best way to gain girth. I’m lucky enough to have the length, 7.25in erect but I’m not blessed with the girth. It’s a measly 3.5in. My girlfriend calls it her “longskinny pole”. There is basically no differnce from the base to the head. Buying condoms has always been a problem not because of the length but because they basically just slip right off or I have to hold them on at the base which is a real pain in the ass!! I have in the past experimented with a few pumps and even then I didnt gain the “temporary” girth gain. I always hear how people who pump get these greatly inflated penises, in fact I didnt even buy my 1st pump my g/f did because she was curious because her friend said her boyfriend pumps once and awhile and was amazed how much “temporary” girth he would gain, so my girlfriend got it in her head that it would work for me and she ran home and ordered one off the ‘net for me. I started out light and worked my way up with the pump and basically got nothing but the “donut- effect” after about 15-20 min of pumping so I kinda gave up on that for awhile, then I started to do it again at a lower pressure for a longer time on a daily basis, I worked my way up to about and hour a session and still got noting. So I started jelqing/kegel about 3 days ago and think this is the best way to try and acheive anything. I’m following your “newbie-routine” to start off. I would like any suggestions on how to acheive some gain if possible. Anything at this point would be great. I know it takes time and dedication, but over time will I acheive anything or am I stuck with it the way it is? And one other factor and question I have, I’m 27 and have a history of high-blood pressure, it’s not that I’m un-fit or un-healthy, 6’3”, about 210-215lbs, but I have been on various medication since I was about 14 and was told that it could have effected my growth during puberty, which came pretty late for me. Is there any truth to that matter that anyone knows of? I would like any advice that anyone could give me. I know it takes time and won’t happen over night, but I’m up for the long haul. Something has to work for me.

Yo, I am the reverse of you, I gotta great girth but good length. but let me say this, there IS something you can do. You gotta first train your mind to be in the PE mindset. Just like you condition your body when you workout, you must think this same thing when you approach PE.

It took me 2.5 years to figure this out and get in the right PE mindset. I was PEing in high school junior year, saw some results, stopped. College rolled through, same shit. But now, finally, I got my mind right and my PE straight. You gotta stick with your routine (newbie routine) and kegel constantly (since I have been doing erect kegels, my BC is strong like never b4).

I am not a senior member or anything, but get the jelqing technique right. This is what I have found to be the most important thing for me, and now that I got that right I’ve been seeing results. Are you taking any supplements?


I agree. YOu just gotta know when your girl picks on you taht means she looks down on you. Why would you stay with someone who wants you to feel insecure?

It’s not that my girl is picking on me, it’s just her “nickname” for it. Kinda a joke between us.. It’s not like she is unhappy wit it, we/ve been together for 6yrs. I’m basically doing this for myself.

i’m taking L-Argenine/L-Glutamine pill, gingko biloba, multi-vitamin, and I eat really healthy. I’m going to order tongkat ali soon. I’m also taking this powder cialis stuff and made it in to liquid cialis. I only use it once every 2 weeks cuz I think its good for recovery.

Yeah bro, don’t sweat the girlfriend thing. Jokes between folks is common and not to be misunderstood as “looking down” on you. I think it’s great that your girl jokes with you and it sounds like a great relationship. Anyway, jelqing seems to be a great thing for me, maybe for you too. You have to experiment and be positive and believe you will get get bigger and you will. I was only 4.125” girth and I’m now at 5.25”. It will happen if you make it. Also, supplementation such as Ginko, L-Arginine, a good multi-vitamin, I believe, are essential. you have to have oxygen rich blood to properly heal and grow. I am a firm believer in pre-warming and post to accomodate the best blood flow as well.

Welcome.

You’ve got good length to start with, so if you can start developing girth, you’ll be in good shape. Don’t be surprised if success in gaining girth comes with gaining a little more length as well.

The Newbie Routine is a good place to start, so stay with the Newbie Routine for now, and keep with it. It would also be a good idea to start reading the thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! so that you can gauge how your routine is working for you, and adjust accordingly.

You are lucky in having a girlfriend who is open to such sexual devices as pumps, and who seems supportive of you pursuing PE. I take it that what you had was a pretty generic pump, generic size and no gauge. Pumping may very well be of help to you in the future, but you will probably want to get a cylinder that is the right size for you. Selecting Your Cylinder Size is the right place for you to start on that. You will also need a pump with a gauge. That’s down the line for you, but I mention it now because you mentioned that you had tried pumping and that it had not worked for you yet. It may yet hold some potential for you in the future with some refinement in equipment and technique.

I have not heard of blood pressure medicine having an adverse effect on girth or development.

Do the newbie routine for 3 months but maybe in lew of stretching add more jelqs at say 60-70% erection level. After that I would suggest beginning to clamp and doing ulis. All of which can be found through links in the newbie routine page. If clamping doesn’t make it look thicker then your probably not going to gain easily.

Where does one acquire L-Arginine? I’ve searched for this and asked before, but have not yet gotten an answer. Health Food Store? Pharmacy?
