Hi, I am stuck so instead of wasting more time, I decided to ask for an advice. I started off exactly 3 months ago with cheap ebay extender (never even heard of thunders or newbie routine at the time), started wearing it at mid tension for 6-7, sometimes up to 10-12h a day. I soon went full tension and kept that way for a month, no days off. After a month I noticed significant girth gain, can’t be sure cause I didn’t measure, but I’d say possibly a full inch, now about 5.1 inch. My glans was always bit thicker than the shaft but now it’s other way around. However no length gains at all, same 6.0 as before. That night I noticed my erection was weaker and harder to maintain and I couldn’t get an erection until the morning two days after obviously due to overdoing. Then I discovered thunders and learned extender is actually an inferior approach to PE. I started doing stretches and jelqs and continued wearing extender for a short time after, not a regular routine but mostly experimenting and made a big mistake of starting off with high intensity and time and probably only additionally toughened the tissues never taking advantage of so called newbie gains. I soon stopped wearing an extender cause of cold glans and wet jelqs cause I hated the oil part as I was targeting length anyway.

I did occasional dry jelqs but focused mainly on stretching over the last 2 months, mostly A stretches, tension stretches, side to side, 5 sides, sometimes bundle stretches. I couldn’t decide for a fixed routine because of so many different approaches and often contradictions I read here and it was too late for a newbie routine anyway so decided I’ll just continue stretching, gains must show up. And yea I got a 100 watt infrared bulb and part of the stretching was done under constant heat. I work from home so I have all the time of the world for this and since many here advice “just stretch whenever you can” in “more is more” fashion I kept stretching at pretty high intensity and quite a long time every day, sometimes for hours. I also do random 5 sec kegels throughout the day. PI are great, morning woods are quite regular, I feel gentle strain going all the way back which some say is indication that growth is happening but it doesn’t seem to. I didn’t measure the flaccid size, it seems little longer than before. I can stretch it max ~16cm which is 1cm longer than my NBPEL of 15cm maybe bit more (6 inch).

I guess I toughened the tissues and it seems I’m now pushing against the wall. I assume I will need a decon break. But how long, a week, a month, more? Or maybe continue with lighter routine 1 on 1 off?

Take two months off. Restart with the newbie routine and leave the gear alone until your newbie gains stall. That may take six months.

Hi I’m kinda like you in that I try all kind of techniques and exercises. But her my 2 cents on what I would do. If currently your doing a manual stretch routine and your PI are good I’ll stick with it some more. The jelqs I would keep but do it lightly. Give the routines some time so you can master the best way to do them.

I also have a cheap noose extender. I ended up modifying mine because the noose hurt and it scared the hell out of me. But your PE career is still young. I’ve been doing this for years and there been many set back and low spots along the way. Some times I think I should of just done the basic stretch routine from day one to now. I probably be packing a 8X6 😀.

I did the other way around, have been extremely inconsistent and lazy about my routine basically only wearing a low tension ads with any consistency. Had 2+ months completely off and today I could go straight back into my old extender settings and it was even slack. I think with extending there is a definitive sweetspot where you can over do it and cause too much damage causing the dick to become toughened. I think however that pumping can’t be over-done as long as you don’t get injured more is better (I think). and pump the penis tissues, do not just cause lymph fluid retention since that is not good.

I would take a minimum one month off but two is probably better. You’ve already made some incredible gains in girth so count your blessings you didn’t fuck your shit up take some time off and start back the right way like Titleist said. Only doing the new B routine until you stall. You are the classic case of a guy who’s gonna hurt himself. Please don’t do that it is not worth it.

Little after I wrote that last post yesterday I decided I would go with longer decon after all. Steinroid, thnx for concern but I’m not “that type of guy”. When I’m doing PE I am very careful not to damage my unit or “fuck my shit up” as you put it. I’ll just focus on other things for a while and let tunica soften before restarting with newbie routine. Thanks to all for advices.
