I still find it weird that when I started hanging, I could only take like 5 lbs. Or whatever, and now I can take 25 lbs. So that right there means, my penis has gotten way stronger over time. I just don’t understand the science of how my penis can handle 5 lbs. One day and then 25 lbs. Another?

I guess hanging weights from your penis isn’t much different then doing bench press, and working your way up in weight doing bench press. Chest gets bigger and stronger with more weight applied over time. So hanging is just like being a body builder sort of?

It’s like when you start bench press, you start off being able too take 75 lbs., then after a couple months of training you end up at 175 lbs., during that time your chest has got much bigger and stronger to be able too take the 175 lbs.

Did your dick gotten bigger too during that time?

The internal structures of our penis have become accustomed to hanging large amounts of weight yes. When you body build you are also becoming accustomed to progressively increasing the load over time.

However.

Through bodybuilding, you are damaging type I and type II muscle fibers through a strong CONTRACTION of those muscles. This of course leads to many things, a strong metabolic response which signals your body to flood with large amounts of naturally occurring anabolic hormones, then you get out of the gym and feed yourself so that these nutrients can allow for an anabolic environment. If properly utilized the naturally occurring results of this type of stimulation will lead to growth VIA hypertrophy and/or hyperplasia.

This my friend is a completely different response you are attempting to attain by hanging a weight off your most sensitive organ. When you are hanging a weight, there is no contraction. You are not attempting growth through the same pathways. Essentially you are attempting to DEFORM the tissues, smooth muscle, ligaments, etc in your penis through forced damage. The natural reaction of this on your body is of course to become stronger and harder so that these forces dont rip your dick off next time you do this.

Do you think your body says “OHHHHH thats what this asshole is trying to do…just make my dick longer…ohhhh ok here ill let it grow really quick for him”? The answer is no. Your body is saying “What the fuck? Dude something is trying to rip my most precious organ off my body, I better make it harder and stronger so this shit wont happen!”. Its biology my friend, our body is adapting to survive. And when your body is adapting to the hanging stress, I can assure you that it is not growing via hypertrophy or hyperplasia because of proper stimulation, nutrition, and recovery, or through the activation of new satellite cells. It is callousing, just like when you lift and you get those callouses on your palms so that the bar doesn’t rip through your hand.

Use your head. If something is not working for you, TRY SOMETHING NEW. The definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over and expecting different results. You can thank albert einstein for that one.

Be gentle. Take it easy. Be nice to yourself, your body will thank you.

Lol! This is hilarious. If you are suggesting that I quit hanging, then your opinion means nothing to me.Good luck with your manual stretches!Thanks for all the tons of slanderous insults in there as well, but hey ban me for my forgetting to put a capital at the beginning of my sentence.

Actually on second thought that wasn’t very slanderous, but to suggest something other than hanging, you must not really know how great the bib hanger is.

Pauly, not everyone wants or needs to hang in order to see the types of gains they want.

Its very individualized, and to each their own. However, having said that bodybuilding and growing a bigger penis are not similar, the tissue structure is vastly different. I didn’t find some of the comments, as you put it, slanderous, they were stating their opinions.

I would suggest a chill pill might be in order.

I don’t think it was slander at all. I’m not sure budz is necessarily suggesting to quit hanging either. Your initial post about starting at 5lbs and gradually moving on to 25lbs is what spurred his observation about the body adapting. And really, “If something is not working for you, TRY SOMETHING NEW” was probably a general statement that happens to be useful in the context of PE (and most things). I don’t know why you, pauly, took it personally because you never said that hanging wasn’t working for you.

Who said I wasn’t gaining? I’m measuring on May 1st through to the 5th, I expect gains because I haven’t measured since I started hanging. If anything I’m just a hard gainer, Budz I have complete confidence in Bib and the hanger and the ability to make gains. I have no clue what you are talking about, making a change?

Budz I did lots of manual Pe, it was really going nowhere for me, that’s why I only hang. The manual Pe became frustrating and pretty unproductive. I think I gained mainly girth wise through manual PE, possibly a half inch or a bit more length wise. I did manual PE for over a year.I think you should probably be doing some manual work, before you get heavy into hanging. I think the reason I can take so much weight is because my girth and all my manual PE work I did.

I have been doing BTC hanging since December, so I’m hoping to officially have gains,measured.Just by eye I’d say I have gained.
