Science of hanging and gaining, same as bodybuilding and getting bigger/stronger chest etc.
I still find it weird that when I started hanging, I could only take like 5 lbs. Or whatever, and now I can take 25 lbs. So that right there means, my penis has gotten way stronger over time. I just don’t understand the science of how my penis can handle 5 lbs. One day and then 25 lbs. Another?
I guess hanging weights from your penis isn’t much different then doing bench press, and working your way up in weight doing bench press. Chest gets bigger and stronger with more weight applied over time. So hanging is just like being a body builder sort of?
