I’ve read a few of the bigger LOT thread but I still don’t really understand it too much. I measures my lot and found it to be between 7:30 and 8, does this mean that I little chance of gaining much length from PE? I hope not that would suck. So one set me straight please, I worried that PE won’t be effective on me because of having a low LOT. Are there any good gainers out there with a low LOT?

LOt is controversiol. I can’t say I know either way really. I am not in the know. However look over Kog’s redefining Lot in the artcles section. If you did your #s right, you should be fine.

I’m at about the same LOT as you are and it too worried me. Anyhow, I read some thread on some other PE site and it came up with a solution for gaining length for low LOT.

The solution is to do either V-stretches or Inverted V-stretches to stretch out the Tunicae. I posted a recent thread about low LOT and what can be done about it. Memento told me to forget about low LOT first and advised me to stick with normal stretches for the next 3-months, if no gains are realised after that period I should then switch to BTC stretches for intensity or V-stretches thereafter.

Memento’s right, the BTC stretches are very intense on the ligs! I tried a few tonight and my ligs are really sore. Just try a few before committing to them on a regular basis.

Just checked my lot and it is 7-7:30. I am trying to regain lenght lost from laying off the habit of jelqing I had formed for many years before I heard of all the advanced PE techniques on the sites available today. Because of the theory of LOT I am doing the newbie stretch routine and V stretches followed by 150-200 jelqs. Hope to regain about1/4” in length so I can have consistent measurements of 9” that it took me about 2 years to achieve. I’m 45 years old and trying to stay young and fight off any shrinkage that could happen. Sorry I don’t have any idea what LOT I had before but I wouldn’t worry about it. I think consistent effort in all ranges can’t hurt. ( Unless you overdue of course)

Forget about your LOT.

In my opinion it is irrelevant.

The most important thing is consistancy.

Did I say 3 months?

If you aren’t gaining in a month, think about your routine - whether you are doing it effectively or whatever. If you aren’t gaining in 2 months consider changing your routine. 2 months of the newbie routine (properly done) is damn good preparation for any other routine, so it’s not wasted time. Your dick changes a lot in those first two months (more vein capacity, more capable of handling pressure without injury).

If you treat your PE like a military campaign, you won’t go wrong. Think out the new strategies ahead of time, have them ready to go. If something’s working, carry on until it stops working. Monitor your progress well etc. As Andrew says - consistency.
