SAUNA [Dry/Wet]: PE int the sauna

If heat is an important factor to assist in the gains of PE. I thought, sauna is perfect for PE!
I live in Brazil, where now (summer) is very hot. I realized that it is much easier to stretch, and wonder how it would do in a sauna, perfect!

Has anyone done PE in the Sauna (Wet or Dry)!? Talk about experience .

It’d be a good idea if you had a personal sauna. But stretching/jelqing in a room full of other men would be strange in my opinion.

I have always wanted to do PE in that type of environment but have never been able to. The closest I have done is just keep the heater on in the house which has a positive effect on the effectiveness of stretching. For some reason, the heater in my room works a lot better than any other room in the house.

I use the jacuzzi at the apartment complex about six days a week to do my stretching. It works really well.

Yeah I have a far infrared sauna in my garage. I was thinking about using it for

pe stretching. Just don’t wanna get too carried away in there due to the heat.

When I use a sauna I don’t really want to do PE, as I want to relax , but I’ve noticed that my balls were hanging so low that I could grab the base of them and make a big helicopter shake. Didn’t think my balls could hang that low. :)

Probably because the temperature is so high that they’re trying to escape from any additional source of heat (i.e. human body). That just goes to show how “healthy” sauna is for testicles. Regular PE in sauna would be like regular PE under IR light without protection for testicles, which can’t be good in the long run.

Yes, I know the reason for them hanging low , but even if sometimes I forget to cover my testicles when using an IR lamp they don’t hang that low like in the case of a sauna. It’s almost hilarious. :)

Regarding the long run of testicles being damaged by heat(especially sperm) I think it’s only temporary(although I don’t have any scientific reference for this).

1 - Really, PE only in the sauna private sauna.

3 - If Sauna is bad for the balls (fertility) as they say, then the majority of men in Finland (2 million saunas for 5.2 million people) or Scandinavia have fertility problem??

I believe, and studies show that excess heat causes decreased fertility by interfering with the health of sperm. And according to the studies that took place with local people working in very hot (in industries: iron foundry, must be 6 to 8 hour exposure to heat). I do not remember, but I think the heat interfered with sperm motility, or their ability to move around (a few drinks have the same effect as some drug / alcohol, or a poor diet, sedentary lifestyle). And when the bad effects have not been exposed to more heat too. Not mentioning anything about harming testosterone or something else.

4 - In our case we were only one hour during the day. I really believe that this time does not affect fertility. And the temperature of 104 º -108 º F would be enough to help in PE, because studies show that as the body raises the temperature to 104 º - 108 º F stretching are the easiest to be made. We do not need 160 degrees F or more to have good effects! But of course, it costs nothing to protect the ball during PE or on IR Lamp Sauna.

5- Sauna has the advantage of a general warming throughout the body. Thus, as in the gym doing aerobic exercises to warm the body (blood) around, but then we do strength training in a specific location (eg chest).

Thinking thus, we think that heating in general (running, cycling) before PE help?? One more thing to think about ..

Im gonna try it just for a half an hour. I tried it before I joined Thunder.

And it does help with some good stretches. I just didn’t know what I was doing.

You can get these infrared saunas online now. The prices have come way down.

They help with getting out toxins such as mercury and perticides and other

various toxins we come into contact with.

They have the kind that are made from cloth that are maybe 700 I think.

My chiropractor recommended it for my overall health.
