sampling methods for a Power Routine

I guess I’m trying to put together the best power routine for me to gain the quickest. I’m looking to gain an inch in length and an inch in girth within the next 6-12 months - I’m a US Marine and going to be returning home soon in 6 months to see the girlfriend. I’m hoping to be able to surprise her with an enlarged wanker.
I’ve been doing PE for about 1 week on routine and have a few questions:
-I do Dry Jelqs at full to almost full erection, is this ok and will it cause decent gains in Length and Girth?
-I try stretching my Ligs but can’t seem to get a very good grip on the head without bruising and smashing it, is stretching absolutely necessary for length gains?
-What is the main difference in gains by Dry Erect Jelqs vs. Dry semi-erect or flacid Jelqs?
-When doing Dry Jelqs, should I start at the base or start in the middle of the shaft and work up to behind the Glans?
I’m at around 6 NBPL and 5 EG and figure an extra inch might make me good to go.
