Heres a little background nfo:

I guess I’m trying to put together the best power routine for me to gain the quickest. I’m looking to gain an inch in length and an inch in girth within the next 6-12 months - I’m a US Marine and going to be returning home soon in 6 months to see the girlfriend. I’m hoping to be able to surprise her with an enlarged wanker.

I’ve been doing PE for about 1 week on routine and have a few questions:

-I do Dry Jelqs at full to almost full erection, is this ok and will it cause decent gains in Length and Girth?

-I try stretching my Ligs but can’t seem to get a very good grip on the head without bruising and smashing it, is stretching absolutely necessary for length gains?

-What is the main difference in gains by Dry Erect Jelqs vs. Dry semi-erect or flacid Jelqs?

-When doing Dry Jelqs, should I start at the base or start in the middle of the shaft and work up to behind the Glans?

I’m at around 6 NBPL and 5 EG and figure an extra inch might make me good to go.

Careful. Erect jelqing is hard on the veins, and may result in a thrombosed vein. Your dick isn’t conditioned yet to PE. I advise not going above 80% or so until it is.

Yes, stretching or hanging is necessary. You shouldn’t be gripping the head itself, but right behind it. Try a grip aid: baby powder, paper towel, surgical gloves, whatever - do a search here for more ideas.

Generally, being more erect focuses more on girth. So they say anyway. I think it’s probably true.

Ideally, your skin will loosen enough that you can do the whole shaft in one stroke. Until then, do both. Base to midshaft, and mid to the head.

As far as a power routine goes, at the stage you’re at less is more. Don’t do “advanced” exercises. Use low to moderate intensity, focusing on the basics, watching for problems and learning to get a feel for how your dick responds.

If you don’t heed this advice, you’ll join the Overzealous Injured Newbie Club. Overtraining can hinder growth, and injuries downright suck. They’ll set you back days, weeks, sometimes months. Err on the side of caution at least until you develop a feel for what you can handle.

That said, I recommend the newbie routine or a variation of it. It’s a sticky thread in the newbie forum.

Will dry jelqing be enough to make gains alone? I’m sort of limited to what I can do over here, and shipping a Bib to Iraq isn’t possible or plausable. hehe.
