Safest newbie routine
I am a complete newbie to PE (just joined) so naturally I’m a little hesitant to try anything, what with the dangers of overdoing it.
So I’ve read up a bit and found that some people find that the standard newbie routine with 10 minutes of jelqing is a bit much, but alternate newbie routines have been adapted. I am afraid of starting out with too much and being injured, which would certainly make me want to stop PE altogether, but at the same time I don’t want to “under” do it too much and waste a week or two on a routine that’s too easy. Could somebody recommend what they believe to be the “safest” routine?
Also, if you could share some starting tips with me, I’d be grateful!
