Safest newbie routine

I am a complete newbie to PE (just joined) so naturally I’m a little hesitant to try anything, what with the dangers of overdoing it.

So I’ve read up a bit and found that some people find that the standard newbie routine with 10 minutes of jelqing is a bit much, but alternate newbie routines have been adapted. I am afraid of starting out with too much and being injured, which would certainly make me want to stop PE altogether, but at the same time I don’t want to “under” do it too much and waste a week or two on a routine that’s too easy. Could somebody recommend what they believe to be the “safest” routine?

Also, if you could share some starting tips with me, I’d be grateful!

The best thing is to warm up really good and start with only a few reps and then increase everytime. Notice the feeling and keep the good feeling in the penis. You shall NOT feel any pain. If you do, be careful.
