Hey guys as some of you may have read I had a good routine lastnight and I went better than ever. Today my penis feels slightly tender when touched as yesterday was my 1st day of exercising and today is my 2ND before my rest day I wondered if when the penis is tender it is safe to do routine again today. I don’t feel all that worried it feels fine I just know people who have hurt themselves by pushing themselves hard.

Better safe than sorry, take a day off. Use a lighter grip.

I think I can take it as I know my threshold and I don’t wanna get lazy I’ll make it a light one tonight and if I feel anything out of the ordinary I’ll stop tomorrow is my rest day so it should work fine I hope.
