I have finally found the ability to have the time to do some relatively consistent PE, and I was looking for some insight on a routine that fits my schedule.
All PE would be done in a warm/hot shower.
5 minute warmup with massage
3 sets of manual stretches
-Up for 30 seconds (towards belly button)
-Down for 30 seconds (towards floor)
-Left for 30 seconds
-Right for 30 seconds
-~2-3 seconds each
-Holding down the “fat pad” area, so I don’t just pull skin up the shaft
-Using lube (conditioner, soap, whatever)
-Not full 360º grip, but more like an inverted you, with no pressure on the dorsal nerve/underside of shaft
-Work from base to just below the glans
10 minutes warm down/finish showering
The BC muscle exercises (kinda like half-kegels) frequently, but irregularly, during the day.
I’m not sure the frequency of this routine, but probably do it Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Not on weekends, and taking Wednesday off.
Does this sound reasonable?
My starting size is right around 6.25” BPEL and 4.5” girth. My flaccid size varies a LOT, but seems to be around 2” or so length and maybe 1.5” or so in girth, I’ve never really measured. I feel like my erect size is somewhat average in length, but on the low-side of average in girth.
My goals are ~7” NBPEL and 5.0-5.5” girth. I would also like to increase flaccid length, hopefully as a beneficial byproduct. Currently, my base girth (when I bone-press the pad at the base) is much narrower than my mid-shaft girth and hopefully some PE will help to correct this as well. EQ would be nice to improve as well, I seem to only rarely wake with morningwood. I don’t think any of these goals are unreasonable, right?
I don’t really want/need a monster, I just want to feel more comfortable with my body and not so terrified that someone at work or the gym will catch a glimpse at the urinal/shower and judge me. Completely absurd, I’m sure, but it’s a fear that I know I’m not alone in.
How long would I be looking at doing the above routine before I start noticing gains? I’ve found that I feel quite “plump” and “heavy” after my routine, but I go back to my “normal” flaccid size almost before the shower is over.
