Safe routine

I have finally found the ability to have the time to do some relatively consistent PE, and I was looking for some insight on a routine that fits my schedule.

All PE would be done in a warm/hot shower.

5 minute warmup with massage
3 sets of manual stretches
-Up for 30 seconds (towards belly button)
-Down for 30 seconds (towards floor)
-Left for 30 seconds
-Right for 30 seconds
200 jelq’s
-~2-3 seconds each
-Holding down the “fat pad” area, so I don’t just pull skin up the shaft
-Using lube (conditioner, soap, whatever)
-Not full 360º grip, but more like an inverted you, with no pressure on the dorsal nerve/underside of shaft
-Work from base to just below the glans
10 minutes warm down/finish showering

The BC muscle exercises (kinda like half-kegels) frequently, but irregularly, during the day.

I’m not sure the frequency of this routine, but probably do it Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Not on weekends, and taking Wednesday off.

Does this sound reasonable?

My starting size is right around 6.25” BPEL and 4.5” girth. My flaccid size varies a LOT, but seems to be around 2” or so length and maybe 1.5” or so in girth, I’ve never really measured. I feel like my erect size is somewhat average in length, but on the low-side of average in girth.

My goals are ~7” NBPEL and 5.0-5.5” girth. I would also like to increase flaccid length, hopefully as a beneficial byproduct. Currently, my base girth (when I bone-press the pad at the base) is much narrower than my mid-shaft girth and hopefully some PE will help to correct this as well. EQ would be nice to improve as well, I seem to only rarely wake with morningwood. I don’t think any of these goals are unreasonable, right?

I don’t really want/need a monster, I just want to feel more comfortable with my body and not so terrified that someone at work or the gym will catch a glimpse at the urinal/shower and judge me. Completely absurd, I’m sure, but it’s a fear that I know I’m not alone in.

How long would I be looking at doing the above routine before I start noticing gains? I’ve found that I feel quite “plump” and “heavy” after my routine, but I go back to my “normal” flaccid size almost before the shower is over.

Welcome to Thunder’s. I’m glad you have time to PE now. Your routine sounds pretty reasonable to me, (it’s actually somewhat similar to my routine) but don’t neglect your kegels. Have you taken a look at the newbie routine?

As far as how long it will take to notice gains, well I can’t say, some report gains or a noticeable difference in a few weeks, or a month, but it varies from person to person. It’s important for you to remember to be consistent, take it slow and listen to your body. Also try to do as much reading and research as possible, it pays off. I wish you the best Clubbin

That looks good to me although I’m not an expert.

+1 on not neglecting kegels. Hold for at least 5 seconds.

I was close to your starting size and I’m now at your goal size after a few years. I’ve never done PE for more than a couple months a time, I would guess a total of about 8 months or so.

I would go for 7” BPEL then shoot for girth. With that being said I would do the following:

5 Minute Warm up with massage
15 minutes of manual stretching. Read these post:
Steady sustainable lengthening
1/2 inch in one month - only 5 minutes/day

100 Jelqs below 60% erect and straight down.

10 minutes of warm down/finish showering.


Starting Stats: BPEL = 5.875, EG = 4.375 <> Current Stats: BPEL = 7.25, EG = 4.6

Oh and don’t forget BTC stretch. Stretch the flaccid penis over or around your balls, pull it up the ass crack and sit down “gently” on it so it maintains a good stretch. Do this any chance you get. In the car, on the couch, in bed. etc. etc.

Wow your stats are almost like mine and i also have quite narrower base girth than my mid-shaft. I’m on my routine only for 2.5 month but jelqs have already slightly improved with this issue, ATM my routine consist from jelqing only (i will add ads pretty soon).

Just curious do you have any curve?

Not really. I mean the shaft itself does not curve but in general it had a hard lean to the left. I would say about 6 months of PE and it no longer leans what so ever. My assumption is stretching the ligs has equaled it out.

Mine doesn’t curve at all. It points off to the right a little, but nothing I’d consider abnormal. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s because that is where I have “tucked” it since I was a kid. When I think about it, I try to tuck to the other side, but once I sit down or it goes into full-flaccid mode, it usually sneaks it’s way back left.

Penox - I’ve done some BTC stretches, but they are kind of uncomfortable and I don’t know that I have the penile flexibility to safely do them yet. I can’t imagine tucking it back when I sit, either. That sounds uncomfortable.

What are realistic girth gains? 5.5” is almost an inch over what I have now. I guess my “lifetime” goal is probably to be on the order of 7.5” NBPEL and 5.5” to 6” EG with an increase in base thickness. I’d love to make it there, and maintain.

Are THOSE goals realistic? I’m not really interested in clamping or hanging, but I might be persuaded into some ADS at some point down the line. I’m dreadfully afraid of discoloration or “turkey neck”.

Very realistic. I started at 6.5 BPEL and now I’m at 7.25 BPEL, 4.75 EG mid shaft and now I’m at 5.0 EG. Only doing manual stretches and jelqs. I gained length very quickly (within a few months) girth is the hard thing to get. I’ve never had discoloration or the turkey neck. I’m in the less is more camp as my goals aren’t that far away from where I started.

I’m stopping length when I get to 7.5 because I prefer to use all of it. Girth, I’m not quite sure yet.

I’d ditch the conditioner and get something that has better properties for what you are doing.

As your BPFSL grows so will your limp flexibility. As of now I can stretch and pull its thins out but very pliable. Almost like a rubber band.

Well if you stretch over your sack your sack has to be pretty saggy, like you just got out of a hot bathtub. You then run your penis over your sack to create a male camel toe.

OR You can move your sack to one side and then pull the penis past it and sit on it.

It should not be uncomfortable either way.

Maybe start with 10 minutes, then shake it around, maybe a full tugs and squeezes then do it again. I would do it as much as you can. Whether its 10 minute sessions or more.

I can easily go 45 minutes to an hour before I have to stand up and mess with it to get it some blood flow. But also this is probably do to the fact of how much cushion you have to sit on. The softer the chair, couch, etc. the easier it is for it to maintain blood flow.

I just measured a 100% erection, and showed a BPEL of 6.7” with a mid-shaft EG of 4.6”.

Just wanted to note my “starting point”. I’ll start my more regular regimen tomorrow morning.

I got 1 inch only with hand massage. I still keep the newbie routine. Good luck!
