Safe Incursion to PE

I´m Newbie, and want your help; I have been reading some posts about severe injuries/permanent damages on their penises because their incursion over PE. Even on their very first workout. I realize this could be caused by improper technique and/or individual´s physio gnomic alteration. My question is: since I´ve started with my PE routine and haven´t seen any side effects, and even better, my EQ still in good shape, is this definitively a sign of relatively safe practice for me? (Obviously taking care for a proper technique routine)

If you’re following the newbie routine you should be fine. Most injuries occur because the person is using too much force or trying to do too much too fast. Just like going to the gym and running or lifting weights, you wouldn’t start trying to full sprint ten miles because your body couldn’t handle it and you could get hurt. Same way with PE. Be smart, start slow and take your time. You aren’t going to see huge results immediately. It takes time and as you get more used to the exercises you’ll be able to do more.
