I tried Sadsak’s slinky exercise and did that for about 4 days straight. After a rest of three days I measured my girth and it was approximately .25-.5” larger. If anybody wants any details about my routine just ask.


A quarter to half inch in 4 days? Ouch I don’t think that sounds healthy whatever your doing.

Yeah I’d recommend you take a break. It’s so easy to get carried away with early gains and say to oneself “oh man I gained 1 inch in 1 month doing this, if I do it harder and in less time maybe I can gain another 2 inches”. Sure I’m exaggerating, but the biggest reason to take it slow( other than of course that’s what everyone recommends in terms of getting the best gains) is for your own penile health.

Why do you say .25 to .50. Why the discrepancy?

Is it an eye measurement or are you measuring a couple times with varying measurements.

Sadsak is an advanced routine you should be doing the newbie routine exclusively for several months. Then you can think about doing advanced routines.

I have done the newbie routine on and off for about a year.
I had been experimenting with sadsak’s slinky for a bit but nothing serious.
Four days of concentrating on sadsak’s slinky exercise (doing the “slinkies” for about 0.5 to 1 hour a day).
Three days off of everything.

The reason I posted 0.2 to 0.5 is because the way I measured my girth (tissue wrapped around my erect penis then making a small tear where it meets itself to mark it) is not perfectly accurate so I tried measuring a couple times throughout the day. Also, some erections proved to be more veiny and therefore slightly thicker.

I also found that this exercise produced huge veins on the side that I bent towards. To explain that a bit better, I wanted to try to correct my leftwards curve so I concentrated my slinkies making my penis point to the right. After the four days, I noticed a large vein that wasn’t there before on the right side of my cock and smaller ones that weren’t there before on the left side of my cock.

As with before, if I didn’t explain something correctly just ask and I will try to answer your question.

Even if you’ve been doing PE on and off for a year, jumping right into an advanced exercise and doing it for 30 minutes to an hour a day is not a good idea. When I started, after 4 months of a basic routine, I did 5 reps in all 4 quadrants and over several weeks built up to 20 in each quadrant which I do 2 times a week. generally after my 2 days off and on mu last work day. I monitor PI’s very closely. If I go negative, I avoid them for a week. You have only one penis. Build up to your routine, don’t plunge. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither will your penis.
