Depression and anxiety are a one way spiral to a dead end street leading to self destruction! When you realize that there is more to life than what is hanging between your legs, it can change your outlook on life.

Like others mentioned, sex should be enjoyable and never considered a task/chore. Relax and communicate with your partner about what feels good. Enjoy each other and don’t put so much emphasis on the big “O.” Trying too hard can take the enjoyment out of sex!

Your posted stats are larger than many guys out there. If you want more, then you need to realize that PE takes different amounts of time for different people. As you spend more time here and read about others’ experiences, you will realize that some people gain quickly while others gain much more slowly. It is important to understand how your body responds. What works very well for somebody else may not work for you.

I have tried many different types of PE over the years and would often get discouraged and quit because I would have little gains but would run into a brick wall where NOTHING seemed to work. Then months later when I felt motivated, I would try again. It wasn’t until I started checking PE sites that I learned from others about “down days.” These are days that no matter what exercises I do, my body does not respond. In the past, I would quit thinking that I had reached the limit. Now I track these days and use them for rest/rebuilding. I have started seeing better gains now than when I was trying to “force the issue.”

Good luck and remember, safety first! Learn to listen to how your body responds and work with it in regards to PE.

PE for length: so her heart stops when she sees it. PE for girth: to get her heart started again!

One need only leave the surface of the planet to realize we are all one people.
