Sack lumps

I have a small white pimple looking lump on my testical sack. It does pop like a pimple when squeazed. ?

Then it was probably a infected hair follicle. Unless you meant to say does it pop when squeezed.

Unless you get covered with the things, I wouldn’t panic.
