Routines and exercises focused on length,does it matter
Guys,I’ve seen a lot of people talking that beginners should focus on length firstly, and that actually is my goal, so I was thinking, all these newb routines, how could I modify them to obtain a better length focus?, I’ve seen some dudes saying jelq would be more girth than length, I believe you got the point,thanks!
