Tue: Stretch (DLD Blasters w/ “A” stretch)
Wed:Jelqing @ 80%
Thu:Stretch (DLD Blasters w/ “A” stretch)

Sat: rest
Sun:rest

Do any of the moderators believe that this is an effective workout? Will it get me results within a month? Also, is it good to stretch on off days? Do you recieve optimum results from stretching 2x a week as listed above?

4gov. I would love to see a bit more information on your workouts to give you critique. How long are your jelqing sessions…Are you doing the DLD Blasters in the way I posted? In the routines section you will find my starting routine…I gained a decent amount in my first few months. The routine is explained pretty well but if you want any help on it or anything else I am always around. The only thing I would sugest is to swap the stretching routine I have posted there with the DLD Blasters.

45 minutes??? Back when I uised to count my jelqs, I would do 300 in about 10-12 minutes.

wasnt sure, its probably that long then?

This is the routine I started with. I gained very nice results over the course of the first few months. My only suggestion to maybe add in is the DLD Blasters.

This was my starting program…Maybe this will help. This was the first routine I started with. As I got further along I changed things. Hopefully I will get around to posting each of the routines I used. This routine gave me my first initial 2” of length and .5” of girth. When I became stagnant in gains I added a second set of jelqs before bed.

6:00 am
morning stretch 12, 60 second stretches.

7:00 am Kegles
100 squeezes followed by a 20 sec. hold, followed by 50, 5 second holds with a 2 second release. Followed by a hold till failure.

I stretch everytime a take a piss
(about 7 times a day)so 7x4 sets of 60 second holds a day.

10:00 am
My first jelq session is 1000 hard jelqs with 3 sets of ulis every 100. followed by a hot wrap for 5 minutes.

4:30 pm
I do another set of pc exercises on my drive home.

8:00 pm
I do a testicle massage and stretch before my bath in the pm. about 5 minutes.

Added this in about 4 months into my program:

10:00 am
My first jelq session is 1000 hard jelqs with 3 sets of ulis every 100. followed by a hot wrap for 5 minutes.

I trully use Visualization and Praise to God as a large part of my routine. I know it sound wierd but it I have done it from the beginning and my routine has always given me great gains. I see my jelqing sessions as time of meditation. I close my eyes when I jelq. and picture what I want and beleive every stroke is giving me that. I have changed the picture in my mind when I feel I have reached that goal and I keep pushing myself beyond any limits. I always that God After.

im a student in school, i got no time for that routine. Kinda need a more condensed routine. Routine that is both time friendly and effective. 30-45 min routine. That is good. i really need a good routine. please. this would be very appreciated.

Here's one

warmup 5 min

stretch 30 thirty sec pulls (15 minn)

jelq 80% 400 three sec strokes (20 min)

totaL PE time 30 min.


Check it out guys, no need to have a big dick if you ain't gonna use it!!

what kind of stretch and if its the manual stretch , im not sure how it works? How many days a week?

Get serious and read a little more.

You want a routine that works for sure. OK. Start hanging and gradually build up to 30 lbs. Hang for 6-7 hours a day (20 min sets you understand) for a year or two. You will see results.

For girth, I suggest jelging at 95% erection for another 6-7 hours after hanging, with a rest day or two every week. Again, after a year or two you will boast good results.
